I began my recruitment career at the Graduate Recruitment Bureau (GRB) in 2008, focusing on the tech sector for companies seeking entry level, degree qualified Computer Science recruits. As a GRB owned company, Cortex have since locked in the brightest talent emerging from the UK’s leading technical Universities. We manage their career portfolio by carefully matching their skills and experience with progressive IT career opportunities. Sourcing candidates at the very start of their career has enabled me and my team to build strong, loyal relationships with a wide network of qualified IT professionals. In 2010 alone we launched the careers of over 150 candidates. On the strength of our service, our clients began requesting IT professionals with two or more years’ experience and Cortex IT Recruitment was born.
We soon out grew our Brighton office and in 2012 we relocated to the City of London to be nearer our clients and candidates.
