Graduate Recruitment Bureau is committed to providing a high-level service to candidates, job-seekers and clients. If you do not receive satisfaction from us we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.
Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint about our recruitment services, please contact Chris Rogers, Director, on 0203 697 5552 or via c.rogers@cortexitrecruitment.com in the first instance so that we can try to resolve your complaint informally.
If you have a complaint about our marketing or any other services, please contact Dan Hawes, Managing Director, on 01273 325775 or via d.hawes@grb.uk.com in the first instance so that we can try to resolve your complaint informally.
