Working within business analytics and modelling you will provide the expertise and structured thinking allowing you to develop innovative analytical solutions to complex business problems.
You will join a dedicated Agile transformation team and get exposure to a broad range of project across varied sectors.

We’re more interested in your experience and enthusiasm of Agile methodology, so we are open for a range of backgrounds including any of:
- Experience of assessing Agile delivery and maturity included recommending improvements
- Experience working in an Agile team, coaching and/ or leading Agile teams as a business analyst, Scrum master, product owner, or Agile coach
- Experience in redesign operating models such as definition of new roles, new metrics or embedding new ways of working with an organisation
- Hands-on experience, supporting or embedding Agile and/ or Scaled Agile practices, such as Scrum of Scrums and PI planning
- An ability to oversee a workstream performing activities such as backlog creation, refinement and prioritisation with well-defined acceptance criteria
- Experience supporting an organisation move from project to product, developing and maturing a product oriented capability
