As a consultant you will work as a technical business analyst role in nature and is customer facing, requiring you to embrace a lead role in both software configuration and customer requirements gathering.
Duties Include:
- Responding to RFI RFPs
- Play a lead role in capturing and documenting customer requirements and action items in workshops and managing these throughout each project
- Analyzing customer needs and advising the customer accordingly
- Supporting the project manager
- Embrace a lead role in software configuration
- Working simultaneously on multiple projects internationally
- Providing pre-sales support as required
- Mentoring and supporting more junior team members
Key Skills Include:
- Prior project based experience in enterprise level software implementations
- Extensive configuration experience and leading this on customer projects-
- Excellent customer requirements gathering experience and of leading workshops
- Good general understanding of software development and programming
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Be flexible, reliable, and possess can-do attitude
