A key member of the IT department, supporting and maintaining their internal IT systems and services. The role has a strong focus on supporting Microsoft based technologies.
-Installing, maintaining and improving IT services and solutions. -Support all PCs, Laptops, MacBooks and related software and hardware. -Sharepoint administration. -Active directory exchange administration. -Support office networks, printing and telephony. -Assist the IT manager and IT support team members. -Monitor helpdesk queries. -Provide 1st and 2nd line support. -Manage changes to the systems and services.
2 years + experience with Microsoft solutions: -Windows 10 -MacOS -Exchange -Sharepoint -SQL -Active Directory -Office 365 -Powershell -Virtualisation
