You will be a senior member of their internal help desk team, supporting and maintaining internal IT systems and services. The primary function of the internal IT department is to support the technological needs of the company, enabling them to deliver the highest levels of service to their customers. The role has a strong focus on Microsoft based technologies and working closely with other teams in the business.
-Planning and management of installations, deployments and upgrades of IT systems. -Liaising with stakeholders to establish requirements. -Maintaining and administering of server, firewalls, switches, routers, wi-fi controllers etc. -Monitoring IT Systems and services. -Taking a senior role within the support team.
5+ years experience in installing and maintaining Microsoft solutions, including the below technologies:
-Windows 10 -Cisco ASA -Cisco Switches -Office 365 -Exchange 2013 -Sharepoint -SQL -Active Directory -Powershell -Virtualisation -ASP.NetIISSQL stack
