- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay abreast of ServiceNow updates, trends, and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Professional with a successful track record in implementing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and functionalities.
- Demonstrated expertise in configuration management, system integration, and workflow customization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, etc.) are highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
